When is custom software the right answer?
When the cost of working around off-the-shelf software exceeds the cost of building. We will tell you when it does not, a cheaper licence tier or a configuration change is often the better answer, and we would rather say so.
Who owns the software you build?
You do, on final payment. Source code and documentation transfer to you. We retain our own pre-existing tools and methods, nothing more.
What does "AI automation" actually mean here?
Named functions, not a claim. Reading invoices, expenses and bank statements into your accounting system. Generating trial balance, VAT and corporate tax reports from them. Assigning technicians to jobs by skill and availability. If we cannot name what it does, we do not call it AI.
How do you price custom development?
In two stages. A paid discovery produces a functional specification, screens, a data model and a fixed price for the build. You own that specification and could take it elsewhere, which is precisely why the number can be trusted.
