Frequently asked
Do you support offices in more than one location?
Yes. We work across the UAE, on site and remotely, and we have built environments spanning three countries with secure remote access and two-factor authentication.
Do you provide penetration testing or a security operations centre?
No. Our cyber security work is advisory: assessment, policy and architecture guidance. Where testing or monitoring is required we will tell you and help you scope it with a specialist.
Is our backup actually working?
That is the right question, and the answer is usually unknown until it is tested. We verify restores rather than confirming that a job ran, and the recovery plan is written down rather than assumed.
Who does the physical cabling?
Licensed UAE installation partners, under QubeXi supervision. You still deal with one company and one point of accountability.
