Asked before every infrastructure project.
Do you support offices in more than one location?
Yes. We work across the UAE, on site and remotely, and we have built environments spanning three countries with secure remote access and two-factor authentication.
Do you provide penetration testing or a security operations centre?
No. Our cyber security work is advisory: assessment, policy and architecture guidance. Where testing or monitoring is required we will tell you and help you scope it with a specialist.
Do we need our own servers, or should everything be in the cloud?
The answer follows the operating requirement rather than a preference. Data residency and cost control sometimes argue for on-premise or self-hosted; low administration argues for cloud. We design and run both, so the recommendation has no thumb on the scale.
Our network grew device by device. Where do you start?
With an assessment and a drawing. A network should be designed and drawn, not accumulated, and the redesign starts from how the business actually uses it: segmentation, firewalls, coverage and the links between sites.
Do you supply and install the hardware?
We design, coordinate, supervise and verify. Regulated physical installation, cabling included, is performed by appropriately licensed UAE contractors under our supervision, and you still deal with one accountable company.
Can you take over infrastructure someone else built?
Yes, after an assessment, and the first deliverable is usually the documentation it never had.
