Terms of Use
The terms on which you use this website. The work itself runs on a signed agreement rather than on this page, and where the two ever disagree, the agreement wins.

01
Who these terms are with
QubeXi Technologies FZE, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@qubexi.com or +971 54 759 4000.
Using this website means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
02
What this website is
It describes what we do and how we think about the work, so you can decide whether to start a conversation. That is its whole job.
Nothing on it is an offer you can accept into a contract, and nothing on it is a quotation. Prices shown as starting from are exactly that: a floor, published so the market has one honest number to work from, and not a price for your project. What your work costs depends on your operation, and we will tell you once we have looked at it.
The guidance here is general. It is written from experience of businesses that look like yours, which is not the same as an assessment of yours. Please do not act on it as though it were advice about your specific situation.
03
Engagements run on a separate agreement
When you engage us, the work is governed by the proposal, the scope and the service terms you sign, together with any maintenance contract. Those documents carry the deliverables, the response times, the payment terms and the liability position for that engagement.
This page does not vary them. Where anything here reads differently from what you have signed, what you have signed applies.
04
How we describe past work
Work delivered before QubeXi Technologies FZE was licensed is described as founder experience, in employed and independent capacities, and never as QubeXi client work. Engagements delivered under the company are identified as such. We hold this line because a claim you cannot stand behind is worth less than the smaller one you can.
Clients are described by sector and scale rather than by name, unless we hold written permission to name them. Figures quoted in case studies are the figures recorded on those engagements. Where we could not evidence something if you asked, it is not on the site.
05
Other companies’ names and trademarks
Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and every other product named on this site belong to their respective owners. We name them because we implement them, and because you deserve to know what we would put in front of you.
Naming a platform does not mean its owner endorses us, and it does not by itself claim a partnership. Where a formal partner relationship exists, the site says so plainly, and only once the agreement is in place.
06
What belongs to us
The text, design, logo, wordmark and case study write-ups on this site are ours. You are welcome to read them, share a link, quote a passage with attribution, and print a page for your own use.
Please do not republish the content as your own, and do not use the QubeXi name, wordmark or logo in your own materials without asking first. Ask, and the answer is often yes.
07
Links to other websites
Where we link out, it is because the destination is useful. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
08
Availability, and the limits of what we promise
We keep this site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be reachable without interruption or free of every error. We may change, move or withdraw any part of it.
To the extent UAE law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits what we owe you under an agreement you have signed with us.
09
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes about this website fall to the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
10
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and using the site after that means accepting the current version.
Something here unclear?
Ask, and a person will answer. That is quicker than reading this page twice, and it is the same number you would call about anything else.
The other two: Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
