ERP, CRM, POS & Field Service Implementation
The systems a business runs on, implemented so they talk to each other.
What’s included
What this covers
- Platforms
- Zoho One, Odoo, ERPNext and Microsoft Dynamics 365, recommended on fit, not on the licence we would prefer to sell.
- Finance & inventory
- Accounting, sales, purchasing, stock, projects and manufacturing, across multi-company and multi-currency structures, with AI features, automations and vendor portals.
- CRM & sales
- Pipeline, quotations, approvals, commission structures and customer portals.
- Point of sale
- Retail, F&B and multi-outlet chains, linked back to stock, purchasing and accounts in real time.
- Field service
- From the customer's call to the technician's van to the invoice, with nothing retyped in between.
- Workflows & blueprints
- Approval routing, stage-gated blueprints and business rules that reflect how the company actually operates.
- Integrations
- Between systems and between modules, so a record entered once appears everywhere it is needed.
- Custom scripts
- Where standard configuration reaches its limit, scripted logic extends the platform rather than replacing it.
- Migration & training
- Data migration, opening balances, role-based training and documentation.
The pillar that ends the reconciliation phone call.

Questions
Frequently asked
Which ERP is best for a UAE business?
It depends on your size, your processes and your budget. We implement Zoho One, Odoo, ERPNext and Dynamics 365, and we publish an honest comparison rather than steering you to one platform. Most SMEs land on Zoho One or Odoo; larger or manufacturing-heavy operations often suit Dynamics 365.
How long does an ERP implementation take?
A focused single-company setup typically runs four to six weeks. A multi-branch or multi-entity implementation with migration and integrations usually runs three to five months. The timeline starts when your cleansed data arrives, not when the contract is signed.
Do you handle VAT and corporate tax configuration?
Yes. Tax codes, rates and treatment are configured and then signed off by your finance lead before go-live, so responsibility sits where it belongs and nothing is assumed.
Can you connect our POS to our accounting system?
That is the most common reason clients come to us. Real-time stock, sales and purchasing flowing into accounts, so head office sees what a branch sold while it is still selling it.
What happens to our existing data?
We specify the format, you supply and cleanse it, and we migrate it with opening balances agreed by your finance lead. Data cleansing is the single most common cause of overrun, so we set the standard and the deadline in writing.
