Platforms

Recommended on fit, not on the licence we’d rather sell.

We implement four platforms and are tied to none of them, so the recommendation is made after we understand your operation, not before. Every page below says what its platform is bad at.

Zoho One

Zoho Implementation UAE

The broadest application suite for the money in this market, provided you want the suite, not one part of it.

Not for

Heavy discrete manufacturing, the production planning depth is not there; look at Odoo, or at Microsoft Dynamics 365 at enterprise scale

The honest assessment

Odoo

Odoo Implementation UAE

The strongest open-source option where operations are physical: stock, production, point of sale and the flow between them.

Not for

Companies without technical support in place, Odoo rewards a maintained deployment and punishes a neglected one

The honest assessment

ERPNext

ERPNext Implementation UAE

Genuinely capable open-source ERP with no licence cost, which changes the arithmetic, and is not the same as being free.

Not for

Companies wanting a large local partner ecosystem, the UAE market for ERPNext skills is thin, and that is a real risk to weigh

The honest assessment

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation UAE

The enterprise answer. Right when the organisation is genuinely large or already committed to Microsoft, and expensive when it is not.

Not for

Most SMEs. The licence and implementation cost is difficult to justify below a certain scale, and we will say so rather than sell it

The honest assessment

Been recommended a platform before anyone asked about your business?

That is the wrong order. Tell us how you operate and we will tell you which of the four fits.
