Dynamics 365 Implementation UAE

The enterprise answer. Right when the organisation is genuinely large or already committed to Microsoft, and expensive when it is not.

What it’s good at

  • Scale, and the governance and audit expectations that come with it
  • Deep integration with an existing Microsoft estate: Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Power BI
  • Complex finance structures, multi-entity consolidation and statutory reporting
  • Vendor escalation and a large regional partner ecosystem

What it isn’t

  • Most SMEs. The licence and implementation cost is difficult to justify below a certain scale, and we will say so rather than sell it
  • Companies wanting to be live in weeks, this is a months-long programme by nature
  • Operations that would be well served by Zoho or Odoo at a fraction of the cost

We publish this because a recommendation you can’t check is worth nothing. If this column describes your operation, say so and we’ll point you elsewhere.

What we implement

  • Requirements mapping and honest platform-fit assessment before any commitment
  • Finance and operations configuration
  • Integration with the existing Microsoft estate
  • Migration planning and role-based training

Typical timeline

Four months and upward. Treat anything shorter with suspicion.

Cost band

Quoted per engagement after discovery. Materially above the other three platforms.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 questions

Should a UAE SME choose Dynamics 365?

Usually not, and we would rather tell you that now than after the invoice. It becomes the right answer at genuine enterprise scale, or where the business is already deeply committed to Microsoft and the integration value is real.

Do you recommend Dynamics 365 often?

No. It is on our list because it is the right answer for some organisations, not because we are trying to sell it. Most businesses that ask us about it are better served by Zoho One or Odoo.

Is Microsoft Dynamics 365 right for your operation?

We will say so if it is not. That is the point of implementing four platforms rather than one.
