What is not included
Everything not written is excluded. Every proposal ends with an explicit "not included" list, and every change is quoted in writing, including the ones we absorb at no cost.

Pricing questions
How much does an ERP implementation cost in the UAE?
A focused single-company setup for up to ten users typically runs AED 9,000 to 15,000. A multi-module implementation with migration, training and integrations usually runs AED 20,000 to 40,000. Multi-entity or multi-branch projects run higher. Every proposal states scope and exclusions explicitly.
What does IT AMC cost in Dubai?
From AED 55 per user per month on Essential, with a monthly minimum. Advanced and Enterprise add faster response, monitoring, backup verification, on-site visits and a named engineer. They are shown by what they include rather than by price, because the figure depends on your user count and the estate underneath it.
Why are project prices shown as "starting from"?
Because scope varies too much for a flat figure to be honest. What we publish is the entry price, where each package starts, and exactly what drives a quotation up or down, so you can judge affordability before booking a meeting.
Can we pay in stages?
Yes. Projects are invoiced against milestones, and monthly instalments are available on larger builds. Nothing starts before the deposit clears.
Is the Health Check fee really credited?
Yes, in full, against any project awarded within 60 days. If we are not the right fit, you keep the written plan and owe nothing further.
